1. Payment Processing

This Refund Policy applies to the ActiveLead platform. ActiveLead is a product by LeadCRM. (the "Service"). Throughout this policy, "LeadCRM", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the Service.

All payments for LeadCRM subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles all payment transactions, refunds, and chargebacks in accordance with their terms and policies.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Cancellations are processed immediately, but you will not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period unless required by law or as specified below.

3. Refund Policy

General Policy: We generally do not provide refunds for subscription fees once payment has been processed. Subscription fees are non-refundable except in very limited circumstances as described below.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, but we do not typically provide refunds for:

  • Unused portions of a subscription period after cancellation
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the Service
  • Technical issues that are resolved within a reasonable time frame
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
  • Disputes resolved in our favor by Stripe

3.1 Limited Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only in the following very limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a system error
  • Legal requirements: As required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction

Technical Issues: While we work to maintain high service availability, technical issues and downtime do not automatically qualify for refunds. We will address technical issues promptly and work to restore service as quickly as possible.

3.2 Lifetime Deal Refunds

Lifetime Deal purchases are non-refundable once activated, without exception.

By purchasing a Lifetime Deal, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Once your Lifetime Deal license is activated, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances
  • No chargebacks, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for Lifetime Deal purchases after activation
  • This policy applies regardless of service changes, feature updates, technical issues, or future subscription offerings
  • This policy applies even if the Service is discontinued at any point in the future

Lifetime Deal purchases represent a significant discount in exchange for upfront payment and acceptance of these terms. If you are uncertain about purchasing a Lifetime Deal, we recommend starting with a monthly subscription instead.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@activelead.app with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of the charge
  • Transaction ID (if available)
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Refund decisions are at our sole discretion and are based on the circumstances of each individual case.

5. Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, but may vary depending on your bank or card issuer
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
  • Access to paid features will be revoked upon refund approval (unless the refund is partial)

If the original payment method is no longer valid, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company, we may suspend or terminate your account while the chargeback is being investigated. If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, your account may remain suspended until the disputed amount is paid.

We encourage you to contact us directly at info@activelead.app to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback, as this often results in faster resolution.

7. Free Trial

Our 14-day free trial requires no payment information and is completely free. If you cancel during the trial period, no charges will be applied. If you do not cancel before the trial ends and have provided payment information, you will be charged for the subscription.

8. Regional Consumer Rights

If you are located in a jurisdiction with specific consumer protection laws (such as the European Union, United Kingdom, or certain U.S. states), you may have additional refund rights. We will comply with all applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

For EU consumers: You have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the Service significantly during that time.
